Design Week Portland is a yearly celebration of the PDX creative community.
To curate our Design Week Portland event, we leaned on our expertise working with young adults and our network of brand agents across the country. We tapped our network of agents and Gen Z influencers to not only tell us what's on their minds, but what they would want to see in an Open House—from the experience, to the music, and even the food.
Spoiler alert, 79% of Gen Z would not attend.
Survey questions were then transformed into visual assets displayed throughout the studio during the event.
We asked Gen Z respondents to take screenshots of their home screens to provide an art installation of their most used applications.
Gen Z says every party needs a piñata.....filled with vacuum-sealed chicken nuggets.
