YETI field agents live the most aspirational of outdoor lifestyles; they walk the walk in fishing, hunting and outdoor adventure.

Store Influence

Field Reps ensure visual excellence and help YETI gain incremental, premium space at retail. With a focus on driving sell through at retail, the team moved the needle through a combination of visual merchandising, staff education, relationship building and store event activations.

Our team hosted pop-up shops and side-by-side selling events to kick off sales, engage retail staff and test markets. We also launched YETI at three Whole Foods locations in NYC which lead to the eventual contract of YETI products sold at Whole Foods stores across the country.

Events and Activations

The team serves as boots on the ground for events and activations in existing and test markets. They educate associates and consumers on YETI benefits and increase brand recognition through advocacy.

Sales and Results

We assisted in launching more than a dozen new products, created processes and buy-in with the YETI sales organization, supported and grew the YETI presence in retailers like Whole Foods and helped YETI achieve grew sell-through to 20 – 30% in key doors.
