We worked with the brand to identify opportunity markets, recruit the right ambassadors and manage this powerful team to influence the brand's final frontiers.

YETI field agents live the most aspirational of outdoor lifestyles; they walk the walk in fishing, hunting and outdoor adventure. Our hunt for these recruits was as adventurous as the personalities that made up the team.

Our field marketing program strengthened brand love and awareness among existing consumers and built brand excitement for new consumers. With a focus on driving sell through at retail, the team moved the needle through a combination of visual merchandising, staff education, relationship building and store event activations.

Our team hosted pop-up shops and side-by-side selling events to kick off sales, engage retail staff and test markets. We also launched YETI at three Whole Foods locations in NYC which lead to the eventual contract of YETI products sold at Whole Foods stores across the country.
