    Fantasy Cup

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from the rise of Fantasy Football is that fans love to build and manage their own dream-teams and then watch said dream-team compete against other dream-teams to see which team is the dreamiest. Football, baseball, basketball, hockey, even NASCAR, we all love to play fantasy sports.

In anticipation of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the New York Red Bulls asked us to develop a way for them to stay engaged with soccer fans across the globe. So, we concepted, designed, and developed The Fantasy Cup – a Facebook game that allowed soccer fans to select 4 teams and then earn points for each game those teams won. Players were ranked against their own friends, other fans across the globe and even players from the New York Red Bulls.

The best part about the 2010 World Cup was that it helped bring about a renewed enthusiasm for the sport of soccer in the US and The Fantasy Cup provided fans the opportunity to share that excitement all across Facebook.

    He shoots. He scores. Goooooooooaaaal!
