To reach them like no other brand could, we built a unique program which reaches and inspires these creators across the country to live the three stripe life. adidas field agents are personable, in-the-know influencers who are the local experts where sport meets fashion.
Archrival recruits, hires, trains and manages a field team of over 200 amazing people who live and breathe the brand. They tell the brand story in the playgrounds we need to win—most importantly—at retail.
Operating in-store every day at over a thousand major retailers like Footlocker and Dicks’ Sporting Goods, agents work with store associates to educate them on new product tech, ensure an amazing store environment through visual merchandising and coordinate community events.
They are the keepers of the brand, holding a pulse on the local trends and consumer feedback which affect future product design and marketing.
The best part…it works. Wherever we have agents, we double to triple sell through of product as compared to similar stores or prior store data.
