Skills You Need:
+ A hacker-like attitude who doesn’t accept something can’t be done because it’s never been done.
+ 5+ years experience writing Object-Oriented PHP/mySQL-backed sites.
+ Excellent HTML/CSS skills and you’re kinda proud about it.
+ Experience using Javascript/jQuery to create amazing user experiences.
+ The skills and initiative to sometimes single-handedly take a project from concept to launch.
+ The ability to work effectively with a team of other talented front-end and back-end developers and designers
Bonus Points:
+ Experience using MVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, Cake, Zend, etc.)
+ Experience with other programming languages/frameworks (Ruby/Rails, Node, C#, Spanish, etc.)
+ Familiarity with Facebook APIs or the drive to have it.
+ Experience with source code versioning (Subversion, Git, etc.)
+ Gamer at heart.
