+ Be a key member of the Employee Experience team with a strategic business partnership with the Director of adidas Field Program
+ Serve as first point of contact around all Employee Experience needs for adidas Field Program (agents and managers)
+ Support the adidas field leadership team in improving the employee experience across all topics from workforce planning, to recruitment, to performance management, and development
+ Guide managers on personnel issues and team conflicts
+ Create action plan for team disciplinary issues and track progress
+ Point of contact for all agent issues, working closely field management, senior leadership and Head of Employee Experience as necessary
+ Provide regular feedback and recommendations to business leadership on issues/opportunities in the field
+ Strategically map out Employee Experience calendar and plan rollouts with input from Director of adidas Field Program
+ Lead employee terminations, working with Managers on decision to terminate and required documentation; working with Employee Systems Manager on necessary paperwork and with senior leadership as necessary
+ Conduct exit interviews for all employees
+ Provide performance coaching for managers
+ Conduct onboarding sessions and trainings with managers and agents
+ Trusted advisor to management and their employees
+ Create and implement employee policies and procedures with input of relevant stakeholders, with support of Head of Employee Experience
+ Evaluate current systems and processes, making changes as needed
+ Communicate changes in policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed
+ Lead employee review process, work with Employee Systems Specialist on bonus program implementation
+ Stay educated on legislature and cultural trends impacting the field of employee experience
NEEDED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE GIG
+ Minimum of 5 years in HR, working across multiple areas
+ Able to maintain balance of employee and business needs
+ Needs to have a strong background in employee relations
+ Comfortable working with young company, experience working with a retail or field marketing employee base
+ Empathetic and patient
+ Has an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a growing company
